London, 23 January 2012 - The fleet management partnership between Go-Ahead Group and MiX Telematics, a key contributor towards Go-Ahead's operational success which has seen fuel efficiency increase by 12 percent and accidents reduce by 17.6 percent since 2007/8, has been extended and is now set to continue for a further four years.

Brussels/Kortrijk - Well-known Belgian bus operator, De Lijn, has opted to install MiX Telematics’ proven bus and coach solution for its fleet of more than 1,800 buses. The contract was won by Rauwers, MiX Telematics’ channel partner in Belgium, and will help De Lijn to significantly reduce their fuel costs while enhancing passenger comfort.

The winner of the 2011 MiX Telematics-sponsored 500 Challenge, a competition organised by Go-Ahead London to encourage, recognise and reward improved driving standards, has been announced. Following a closely contested 'eco-drive' between Go-Ahead London's 20 top drivers at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire, driver Craig Honeyman from the company's Belvedere Garage emerged as overall victor to secure the contest's top prize of a brand new Fiat 500.
