Crash Alert

Emergency services on the Crash Alert feature may change without any prior notification. The Crash Alert is the ultimate in personal safety, calling for help when you can't.

MiX Telematics has teamed up with a SOS partner to be of emergency service assistance whenever required. This will be in the form of either medical or road-side assistance.

Should you have a serious accident an alert will be sent with the exact position of your vehicle, fitted with a Matrix MX3 unit.

The emergency service could either be in the form of medical assistance (ambulance service) or roadside assistance (towing etc).

Our SOS partner will have your medical details, as provided by you, which could assist the response teams in being able to give the best medical assistance. This will include your medical aid information provided by you.
