- MiX WorkFlow is very simple to use. Our experience in designing and implementing mobility solutions has taught us that simplicity in the front end is key to acceptance by field workers such as drivers and field service engineers.
- The system is designed to work in connected and disconnected environments such as GPRS, 3G and Wi-Fi. Even when the mobile user is out of coverage MiX WorkFlow will function normally, storing all data until communications are restored. All messages are highly optimised and encrypted to minimise cost of operation and maximise security.
- MiX WorkFlow has a clear upgrade path. The flexibility of form design, process rules, field definition and hardware platform means that MiX WorkFlow will keep up with your business. The system can be modified using a set of simple web-based tool and changes are then pushed automatically onto all mobile devices.
- Back office applications are built using industry standard, web-based components. The solution is easy to deploy and the only requirement is that a web-browser be installed on your operators’ workstations.
- Jobs can be scheduled and allocated either on a dynamic basis or using fixed manifests, supporting schedule and route optimisation. MiX WorkFlow uses your rules to calculate the most efficient route for the successful completion of a set of jobs.
- All data captured in the field is tagged with position and time. This gives you a high degree of control and, when integrated with our tracking functionality, provides a comprehensive audit of all mobile activity.
- Satellite Navigation is integrated with MiX WorkFlow using high-end free standing units or running on the same mobile computer as MiX WorkFlow. This means that when the driver accepts a job, MiX WorkFlow will automatically route the satellite navigator.
- Extensive Reporting. MiX WorkFlow provides a comprehensive suite of easy-to-read reports that will keep you in control of your operations. And for users with more specific requirements, the system also allows the production of user-defined reports.
- Urgent alerts can be sent via mail or SMS to notify management when exceptions occur.
